Reservation & Payment

A booking is final once you receive confirmation from us and the amount (or the agreed deposit) has been paid.
All prices include VAT. Any additional costs (e.g., final cleaning or tourist tax) will be clearly stated in advance.

Cancellation & Refund

We understand that plans sometimes change. That's why we have clear terms and conditions:

• +60 days before arrival: administration fee only (€xx).

• Between 60 and 30 days: 50% of the total amount.

• Less than 30 days: 100% of the total amount.

• No-show or early departure: no refund.

Please note: according to Belgian law (art. VI.53, 12° WER), there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for tourist stays.

During your stay

• Check-in: from 3 p.m.

• Check-out: until 10 am

• Smoking and pets: not allowed

• Max. number of guests: 6
  

Liability

• As a tenant, you are responsible for any damage during your stay.

• As landlords, we are not liable for loss, theft or accidents.
  

Force majeur

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, technical defect), Pauwze may cancel your booking. You will then receive a full refund of the amount already paid.

Applicable law

All reservations are subject to Belgian law. Disputes will be handled by the court of [Ostend/Bruges].
